OUR CASE STUDIES
Exp Social Marketing was briefed by the Lighting Africa programme, financed by IFC/World Bank, to design and execute an effective behaviour change campaign that would move rural and peri-urban communities in Kenya from using fossil fuel lighting (Kerosene) to clean, renewable energy solutions with a specific focus on quality assured solar lighting solutions.
USAID GHANA NUTRITION
Exp Social Marketing implemented a 18 month study to increase uptake of a nutritional supplement using a commercial approach with the aim of reducing the prevalence of under nutrition (stunting and wasting) of children 6 to 24 months through market-based delivery of a low-cost complementary food supplement in 3 districts in Eastern Ghana.
DFID REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH
ESHE - a Family Planning program funded by UKaid and implemented by a Palladium Group lead consortium of which Exp Social Marketing is the SBCC partner - targets women of reproductive age (WRA) and adolescent girls in 21 Counties, to increase use of modern contraceptives across rural Kenya. KENYA INTERGRATED WATER SANITATION AND HYGIENE
The Kenya Integrated Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (KIWASH) Project, with its primary goal being to improve the
lives and health of Kenyan citizens in nine counties through the development and management of
sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene services. These combined efforts support the implementation of
USAID's Water and Development Strategy in Kenya and Exp Social Marketing has been engaged as a strategic communications partner under Output 1: Market-Based WASH service delivery models scaled up on sustainable improvements to clean water and sanitation services for Kenyan households. Read More...
